About Us Smart Telecom

Smart Telecom was founded in 2009 with a simple goal: to make reliable and affordable communication services accessible to Canadian homes and businesses. What began as a VoIP service has grown into a full-service telecommunications provider, now entering our 17th year of connecting Canadians.

In 2010, we expanded beyond VoIP with a vision of becoming a one-stop provider for home internet and phone services. We began offering DSL services across provinces including Ontario and Quebec, giving customers more choice for their everyday connectivity needs.

As technology continued to evolve, so did Smart Telecom. In 2011, we expanded into Fiber-to-the-Node (FTTN) internet services, strengthening our position as an internet provider while continuing to broaden the solutions available to our customers. We also expanded our business communications offerings with Business Phone, PBX, and IVR solutions.

Today, our roots in VoIP continue to shape everything we do. From our beginnings in 2009, Smart Telecom has grown to provide Internet, Home Phone, Business Phone, and hosted PBX and IVR services to customers across Canada.
